Problem with your Browser Settings: Disabled Cookies

This website is more than just a simple website. It is a web application. To interact with the level of functionality offered to you by this website, you are required to enable your browser cookies.  

To enable cookies, please do the following: 

Internet Explorer 6.x Netscape 4.x
  1. On the "Menu Bar", select "Tools" then click "Internet Options" 
  2. From the popup window, select the "Privacy" tab
  3. Move the slider down to select the Medium High privacy setting
  4. Click "OK" 
  1. On the "Menu Bar", select "Edit" 
  2. Click "Preferences" In the left menu selection, click "Advanced" 
  3. Select the "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" 
  4. Click "Ok"

Netscape 6.x

  1. On the "Menu Bar", select "Tools" then click "Internet Options" 
  2. From the popup window, select the "Security" tab then click the "Custom Level" button 
  3. Scroll until you get to the section that says "Cookies" 
  4. Under "Allow per-session cookies" ,select "enable" and press "OK" 
  5. When prompted, "Are sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?" Click "Yes"

 

  1. On the "Menu Bar", select "Edit" 
  2. Click "Preferences" In the left menu, double click "Privacy & Security".  Click "Cookies"
  3. Select the "Enable cookies for the originating web site only." 
  4. Click "Ok"
